Day 4 13 August

Arrived in Hue at 8.35am and dropped our luggage off at the hotel.

We than went on a tour that included visiting the some cultural  heritage sites, a country market and a burial site of a king.

The pergolas, temples were very similar to those I had come across in Hanoi.
We had a vegetarian meal at a budist Temple, the food was nice and plentiful.

On the way back we visited the perfumed river.

We returned to the hotel and I had a shower. The temperature was 39C, and the shower was much needed and appreciated.

After a short rest in the air conditioning at 7pm we went for a home cooked traditional meal which included pumpkin soup, spring rolls, beef stirfry, pork stirfry with Jack fruit, lotus soup, boiled rice and 3 differing desserts to end the meal. I forgot to bring the camera, so no photos.
