We had organised a boat trip to some of the islands.
This activity included a tuk tuk ride to breakfast , breakfast , a boat ride , snorkeling, time on a beach where we had lunch .
The breakfast was a baguette with strawberry jam and butter, eggs and tea or coffee .
The boat ride was s little rough, the snorkeling was not even as good Jordan which was marginal.
Lunch consisted of fish or chicken with vegetables and rice and a curry. Reasonable tasty. The boat ride back was a little less rough than the outward trip.
The rest of the day was free time.
I used the time to catch up on my blog.
A group of us went out for dinner. It was a place where they employ destitute people to give them skills to be able to be gainfully employed. I had a steamed clam dish. I suspect that the clams were fresh water and they had a slightly muddy taste. Probably the worst meal I have had. The others all enjoyed their meals and they looked tasty.
Back to Phnom Penh tomorrow.
Sounds like the snorkelling hasn't been much chop! As much as the kids would like your breakfasts I don't think they would compete with ours at the moment.
